I’ve taken these vitamins before and recently stopped, and my back pain got really bad for about two weeks. After starting them again, just three days later the pain was nearly completely gone. The recommendation on the pack is two a day with a glass of water, but when my pain was really strong, I increased it to two in the morning and two in the evening, and that really helped the discomfort start to ease within a few days. A big plus is that they’re genuinely easy to swallow (small tablets) and there’s no unpleasant aftertaste. The natural aroma is fine, and I like that they’re vegan and UK made. For the price, the 120-tablet pack is excellent value and lasts a good while. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the blend can feel a little strong for sensitive stomachs, especially if taken on an empty stomach. Taking them with food sorted it for me, but it’s worth noting. Overall, a very good turmeric supplement with a strong ingredient profile and great value. Would recommend.

​I didn't notice any change; the effect is very weak and the pills are extremely tiny, despite my commitment to the standards (instructions/guidelines). However, there is no difference. Don't be fooled that these tablets were made in Britain; the price is exaggerated. Unfortunately, it may suit some people, but it may not suit others.
