can i use the dehydrator and primer under nail wraps?

Hello friend, yes, you couold use this dehydrator and primer for cleaning and drying your nails before using nail wraps. But do not use if your nials are dry enough.

Do I use the primer before applying gel glue?

Hello friend, you could use Dehydrator and Primer to clean your nail and make your nail more dry. It could help to make the UV gel glue long lasting.

does the label have low odor on it?

Not on the bottles and I threw away the box. However, the primer doesn’t have as strong a smell as some other primers and the dehydrator smells like candy. I hope that helps!
