What is the CFM (cubic foot per minuet) rating?

Seriously Frank? It's a $40 fan...

How easy is this fan to take apart for cleaning the blades? Is the "grill" of the fan attached together by clips or a band that you must unscrew?

I've had mine for a while, I live in AZ which tends to get supper dusty, it snaps together, so I've taken it apart to hose off and put it back together many of times still in one peace and we use the fan about 9ish months out of the year on 24/7 so it tends to get dirty quick very very easy to assemble after washing

it is easy to clean, everything about the fan is great, but it is a little loud

can you start oscillation from remote

No, oscillation (rotation of the fan) is controlled only manually, by pushing a button behind the blades. The remote only does on/off, speed, and timing.
