Nice looking cooler cum warmer bag
It is a really nice product. It looks like any other bag so not necessarily need to be used as cooler. I took it to the beach on a warm day and it kept my beers really chilled.

Lets get the "bad" point out the way.The bag came with a shoulder strap with the wrong attachment for the bag, so i couldn't actually use it. However, i contacted the seller the same day, and within a few hours I'd already received a response and by the next day they had apologised and said they were shipping replacement strap (which arrived within a few days). So, whilst it was a bit of an inconvenience, I'm really happy with the sellers response.As for the cool bag itself, it's great! It's a good size and when it's full it stays cold for a long time. If it's only partially full it didn't stay "cold" but it did stop food and drink from getting warm in the car on a hot/sunny day. I also like the multiple pockets/compartments. I am really happy with my purchase.
