Will this work for on latex balloons?

Yes it will polish them. However word of warning; it will make them very slippery and hard to hold on to.

Will it work on cloth fabric if coated lightly ?

I have done this once or twice in the past. If you’re talking about putting the Vivishine on a fabric cloth and then wipe it on latex clothing, yes, I’ve done that and it works. To be on the safe side, i apply the Vivishine right away because I won’t want to to work into the cloth really fast.

Would this work on a latex Darth Vader helmet?

If the mask is made of Latex/Rubber it may, it all depends on the quality of the finish of the latex.

I dont understand if this is an alternative to Viviclean 250ml latex cleaner, is it?

I was surprised how little is needed, and how fast this works! I just filled a large zip-lock bag with my latex and water, added a few drops, shook it a bit, and let it sit a few minutes. I rinsed them after, and the latex was left with a professional-looking shine. The shine lasts for quite a while, as well. Easy and no-mess.
