It was practitioner recommended for us and seems to do the job of maintaining our health. No terrible fishy taste either!

I tolerate this better than any other fish oil product I’ve tried. Very large soft gel, so swallow issue for some people.

This is expensive, but my doctor recommended Omegas and this is the purest I could find. They are big sized gel caps, but I knew that with Omegas- they do not smell. I saw some reviews about getting it less expensive someplace else, but I challenge the quality as this is the actual company that makes them and they are selling it on Amazon. I don't take them every day so it lasts me awhile- I highly recommend.

These are THE BEST fish oil supplements. I am a huge Xymogen fan. Ive tried other fish oil products that claim to be burpless & no fishy taste, but none compare to these.

The fish oil is high quality.
