Great starter book for sushi amateur cooks

Ordered this copy as part of a Christmas gift for a friend. It's a fabulous book for beginners and has an entire page (in the index recipe) of gluten free recipes! Perfect for our friend, she'll love it and it's such a great little book we ordered another copy for ourselves. We'd definitely recommend this book for beginners to the world of sushi like us.

Really nice book!! Great pictures and easy to follow - lots of different sauces to make too! Informs you what stuff you need & how to prep! Great quality at a great price!! 😊 😐 Shame the delivery driver had to shove it through the letterbox - luckily not damaged - quite a chunky book and was a replacement for one lost the same week

Good little book to guide a sushi newbie!

Fantastic sushi guide for beginners. A lot of color pictures.

Totally new to the world of sushi, bought this book having looked around. It's a nice book, contains 100 recipes, but not enough photos. As a total sushi novice I need to see what my creations should look like - out of 100 recipes there are only 15 photos showing the finished recipe. I know it's mainly rice wrapped in seaweed with fish/meat/veggies in the middle, but the Japanese produce such beautiful looking sushi I don't want to make an unappetising looking pile. Maybe if you've eaten lots of different sushi you know what it's supposed to look like, but I don't!!

Great book lots of recipes and tips

This is an outstanding book. Very thorough for the beginner to intermediate sushi cook. Very full of information and history and terms. This book inspired me to buy a second copy for another person. Even as a person who enjoys sushi, this book is a great read.

This recipe book was given with gifts for a sushi making kit. I'm told it's easy to follow with great recipes.

The Cookbook includes everything you might want to know or make. Over soups, kinds of rice and fish, slicing the fish and in general everything... it's great and I'm sad, that I bought it for a friend and not for myself, will definitely do that later on ^^
