I bought my first Zinus mattress in 2016 here on Amazon and still have it till this day. Almost 10 years later. So it’s no surprise that I had to come back for another when it was time to upgrade. My entire home has the Zinus experience and we just love these mattresses. The firmness never ceases to amaze me, and unlike other brands, I’ve never experienced uncomfortable sinking or that awkward bounce, you get just the right balance of spring and support. I can still have my tray of water or wine on one side (when it’s empty) and encounter zero spillage from my movements. Even after years of use, there’s no noise or creaking. Heat level has also been great; it doesn’t trap warmth the way some foam mattresses do, so sleeping stays comfortable year-round. I guess all of this proves Zinus packs in the right functionality to make it the ideal mattress, durable, reliable, and consistently comfortable

Absolutely my favorite Mattress! We have purchased 3 of them. One is in our Airbnb, one my daughter has and this one I personally use. I have got compliments on how comfortable this mattress is in our Airbnb. I prefer a softer mattress but my husband prefers a harder one. This mattress is just in the middle and is a perfect fit for both of us. It smells just fine and didn't smell awful when un-packaging. It was easy to get upstairs as it is rolled up tight. Two of us carried it upstairs. We put it on the bed frame and tore the plastic. It does advise against using a sharp object to open the bag. It is a really thick plastic but we were able to tear it. It Expands quickly. We waited 24 hours to sleep on it and it was great! It doesn't seem to hold heat. It is sitting halfway over a heat vent but I don't overheat at night with the heat blowing a bit towards the mattress. I really like this mattress. It is not too soft and not too hard.

I purchased this mattress as part of plan to redo my room. I’ve had he mattress since July 2023 so here’s my rating so far: 1. I purchased on sale and was really unsure of what I was going to get. 2. Mattress came vacuum sealed in box that I could manage on my own if I had to. 3. Make sure (if you purchase) to put it on the bed when you’re ready to unseal because it begins to expand as soon as the seal is released. 4. I was really surprised and impressed at the quality of this mattress. I was nervous b/c my previous mattress was over 18” and this was only 13”. It expanded the moment we began to release the seal. It said to allow 24 hours for full expansion and I did, but I do think I could have slept on it that night because it expanded very quickly. The mattress was soft to the touch and had just the right amount of firmness for sleeping (for me). I was hesitant about purchasing a mattress online as that’s not something I would normally do but I decided to try to see what happened and I was not disappointed. I have slept well, and the mattress (so far) seems to be holding up as well as a store bought mattress. I don’t sit on the edge of the bed that often so I can’t attest to if will sag or not. So far, I have been pleasantly surprised at how comfortable this mattress is and to its quality. I would purchase again.

I bought this mattress during the Prime Day event and I am so happy I did. I have been in need of a replacement mattress for years so keep in mind, I was coming from a place of sleep misery. I would wake up several times through the night, reposition and desperately try to fall back asleep. My lower back almost always hurt and I hated life. Unfortunately for me, I had to wait a little longer for my platform frame to be delivered. FINALLY, I got to set my new best friend up and I am so happy. I had the best night's sleep. I had spent the previous day moving all of my furniture and purging my mini-hoard. To say I was sore was an understatement, everything hurt by the time I was done. One long, hot shower and one long night's sleep in this beauty had me feeling like a teenager again!!! The set up was a breeze. I opened the box and it was wrapped in a butt ton of celepahne. Once I freed the mattress she started to immediately shape despite being vacuum sealed. I accidentally laid it upsidedown when I got it on my platform. It is heavy so the flipover was a little rough, you need 2 people, but it was almost immediately ready for me to hop in. I almost got box springs but I am so glad I didn't; it would have been a wasted expense and I would have ended up needing a ladder to get into bed. I love the height, love the quality and LOVE THE SLEEP!!!!!!

UPDATE 3 YEARS LATER...I still absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my mattress still! This mattress is definitely worth it! There is still no divot from sleeping and I still wake up pain free. I can sleep in any position and still sleep soundly. If you are looking for a new mattress it's worth a try. Love this mattress!! I researched the different mattresses. Reviews, prices, longevity, durability and comfort. I have a lower back injury and a neck injury, so finding the right mattress in a bed in the box style was taking a chance that i could be in more pain from a mattress i didnt try out in a showroom. The first night was rough, i think mostly because it wasnt totally set, it had only been a couple of hours. But two weeks later and i sleep for longer than a couple of hours and wake up almost pain free. It was definitely worth the research! I am a side sleeper and with the neck and back issues i got a medium/firm. I dont sink and get stuck into it, i can roll over without waking up and the top is soft enough i dont get sore at the pressure points. If i need to buy another mattress it will be a lot easier and quicker next tine!

This queen-size mattress is the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on! It was easy to unwrap and set up, and the comfort level is outstanding. I also bought the metal platform bed to go with it, and it’s just as impressive, very sturdy and supportive. Couldn’t be happier with this set!
