I love my wide mouth Nalgene bottles but they are hard to drink from without spilling on myself. This cap is amazing. Works great, No leaks, flawless design. Ordered two more.

This top is SO MUCH BETTER than drinking from the wide mouth. I love wide mouth bottles because they are easier to clean, but trying to drink while using those little plastic inserts is a pain. The inserts never fit quite right, and there’s always the risk of the insert slipping out or falling in. This top completely eliminates that problem. I can also fill my bottle all the way to the top when using this lid. These lids are sturdy and well made. The simple little “cap keeper“ is a brilliant addition. Already ordered two more of these to use with my other bottles. UPDATE: I now have three of these, and I'm waiting on specific colors to be back in stock so I can buy 2 more. (I like having my caps match my bottles. It just looks nice.) The cap colors are also an easy way to identify bottles if I have added a flavor pouch to it, etc. I love the way these seal, I like the "chug" size opening that allows easy flow without being TOO large, and I love that they are easy to clean. I sometimes notice an odd smell at the en of the day after using one of my caps, but it goes away immediately after washing it. I'll probably never use an another cap- this is perfect! UPDATE (AGAIN): I recently bought the darker blue, mint green, and orange versions. I think I almost have one of these caps for every Nalgene bottle. I own They have been holding up great, it’s easy to wash them, and they are by far my favorite replacement lids for my Nalgene bottles.

So upon arrival of this cap I noticed immediately that it had a nice feel and appearance and was very well made. I washed it off and put it on my Nalgene bottle and it was a perfect fit, really nice and snug. The rubber has a nice texture to it so it is very easy to twist on and off as needed. Anywho, I filled up the bottle with water and examined for leaks and there were none, which given the quality of the cap it wasn't a surprise. I unscrewed the smaller cap and took a drink and immediately after my drink a rainbow shot straight out of the top of my Nalgene bottle and began showering my floor with gold coins. Also out of the bottle came a leprechaun riding a unicorn, yes you read that correctly - a leprechaun riding a unicorn. At first I thought he was there to steal my gold coins until he pulled out a six pack of my favorite adult beverage and a boombox playing my favorite hits from the 90's. Right then and there I know this leprechaun meant no harm and just wanted to party. We rode his unicorn all over the land getting into whatever mischief we could find, well until the dragon showed up. It was a quarter past six when the Dragon of Optidor swooped down from the sky and tried to snatch us up, unicorn and all, which caught us entirely off guard. Luckily not only does this leprechaun ride a unicorn but he is also a Jedi Knight. All along the horn on the unicorn was actually his lightsaber which he quickly snatched from the magnificent pony and slayed the dragon with the ease of Yoda. My life was saved. It was getting late and the dragon slaying was all the fun I could handle for that day so we rode the Jedi Pony home into the sunset. Upon arriving home we said our goodbyes and the leprechaun, Jedi Pony, and rainbow all went back into my Nalgene bottle, leaving me the gold coins. I have since taken several more drinks from this magical cap but I have had no such similar experiences. Maybe one day I will get to party with that leprechaun and Jedi Pony again... To sum it up: this cap is the bees knees. It is 100 times better than the cap that comes on the Titan and makes drinking out of it a breeze. I will absolutely be recommending this to any of my friends with Nalgene's. Buy it!

Love mine. Lighter weight than other brands and ounces equal pounds. Still have one from 10-15 years ago, maybe longer. Still going strong and no leaks after LOTS of abuse on quite a few mountains and rivers. Have bought several for stocking stuffers. Hope they don’t completely ditch this simpler design for the one with the built-in cap holder (capCAP+). Bought one of those maybe 5 years ago and it’s already breaking at a thinner spot, right where the cap holder is on the strap. I don’t hang my bottles by the strap, either. The simpler, older capCAP design here is much more rugged. I’ll take that over a minor convenience every day. Will keep buying as long as they sell them.

This fits perfectly on my Nalgene Ultralight Wide Mouth 32 oz water bottle. With a bit of care I was able to remove the Nalgene top. Twisting on and off the Humangear top and its spout were very smooth and easy. The spout is a perfect size and top and spout don't leak. The only caveat is the Humangear unit weighs 2.0 oz vs the Nalgene top at 0.6 oz. It is worth the extra weight for me not to spill water while drinking in a moving car or taking quick drinks hiking. This is the reason I bought it. I still have a relatively light (5.2 oz) spill proof 32 oz bottle that I can keep mold free by unscrewing the top and its attached spout when washing and air drying.

Love the design but unfortunately, it didn't fit the water bottle so I returned.

Much better than version 1. Better quality plastics, no sharp edges, easier to grip and turn. Really, really impressed. Edit- The strap is, in my experience, pretty rubbish. Version 1 and 2 split pretty easily. However, I just removed the strap parts when it split and have been using it without for ages now. Doesn't change how I fundamentally feel about the product. I still would definitely recommend it.

ナルゲンボトル持ってる人はみんな買った方がいい商品だと思います。元々ついてる蓋だとたまに勢いよく出てきてイラッとすることがありますがそれがほぼゼロになりました。洗いやすいし耐久性もあるし最高です。もっと早く買えばよかったです

ナルゲンの水筒にピッタリでのみやすくなり最高です。お値段がもう少し安いと・・・)^o^(さらに嬉しいですね

I have used these as replacements on many wide mouth bottles now (I think I have 6 or more) and they are my choice of caps.
