Would this be ok to mount and use in my apartment? Worried about the noice level for my neighbors??

Even a small 15 pound bag will transfer vibration and noise up to your mounting point. To greatly reduce that, i bought a spring that leaves the bag kind of bouncy.  You dont want the spring too stiff or it will not eliminate the vibration.  You want It to stretch enough when you put the weight of the bag on it but wont compres back to its original length when you hit it.  You can also use a bungee as long as its strong enough to hold the bag. I bought the spring at a local tractor supply but i think you can find a spring or bungee at homedepot. Most of the shock when you hit the bag  is absorbed in the spring or bungee, which doesnt create to much noise, except for the actual impact of your fist hitting the bag which isnt loud at all.

Does the Aqua Training Bag hang from a speed bag platform or a beam? how do you suggest hanging the bag ?

I’ve used a chain and I’ve used a rope before but never used or considered using a speedbag platform. To me that wouldn’t make sense. It’s not a rebound type bag and the circular platform edges would/could create wear and tear on the product. The only thing that should come in contact with it is your glove and if you’re tough enough, your bare fist. Speedbag platform may be too low and to imagine placing the AquaBag Headhunter there would make it look like a pregnant speedbag. A beam sounds a lot better because the bag would have more freedom to move making you adjust your movement and footing. A simple long chain with a carabiner linked to the end of the chain and the other chain end connected to the bag, place over the beam and clamp the carabiner in one of the chain links. Then tape around the beam on both sides of the chain or rope so it won’t slide side to side on you when you’re hitting it. Maybe weld a U Bolt I to the beam and connect the chain or rope that way.

Does the bag come with the supplies to hang it ( such as anchor, carabiner, rope/chain)?
