Holy Grail! They saved my hair! If your hair is damaged, overprocessed, or just going through it — this cream is a total must-have. I have fine, color-treated hair that’s seen bleach, heat damage, breakage, the works. This is one of the few products that actually helps long term. After shampoo and detangler (let it sit 3 min), I take a little more than a pea-sized amount, rub it between my palms to warm it up, then apply mid-shaft to ends before blow drying. It spreads easier when warmed — and remember, start small. You can always add more. It’s lightweight but rich, smells amazing (clean, floral, luxe), and instantly softens without weighing down. Helps with detangling, reduces frizz, and gives that glossy, healthy finish — even when my hair was long and damaged, this worked. Now that it’s shorter and recovering, I still won’t go without it. Pro tip: If you get caught in rain or humidity midday, this helps reset the hair — then follow up with a touch of oil on the ends to smooth and rehydrate. It brings your style back to life. A must for my thick, fine, curly aging hair! Living in coastal south Texas, my hair can get pretty unmanageable and crazy. For the first ten years of living here, I’ve worn my hair in a messy bun out of necessity. My hair wouldn’t do anything in this intense humidity. My hairdresser got me started on this Oribe product and now I won’t go without it. Yes it is pricey, but it is so worth it. It makes my unmanageable hair manageable for the first time in years!! I am finally able to straighten my hair and it lasts for days. It gives my hair body without weighing it down or feeling heavy. I put it on my hair while it is freshly washed. I also use it on dry hair if my hair starts feeling a little crazy. Great scent, wonderful product!!

This is a great product if you need a leave-in conditioner. I do and have been using it for a few years based on my stylist's recommendation. She is very particular about which products she carries and has carried Oribe products for a few years now. (She and her salon was listed on InStyle's "little black book" top 10 salons in the country.) It leaves your hair shiny, soft, treats some flyaway hairs, and has a nice scent. It doesn't take a lot to cover the whole head and, unlike some other brands, doesn't clump in the hair or add noticeable weight to it. My hair is medium length, past the shoulders, thick, naturally curly and coarse without products. I have 2 types of hair on my head (enough for 2 people!). The top layers are more coarse and curly and the hair that is on the bottom half of my head is more smooth and wavy. The creme works for both hair types. This leave in conditioner helps to give my hair some shine and protect the ends. I use it in addition to a few other Oribe products including their shampoo, conditioner mix the Supershine Moisturizing Creme with a few drops of the Oribe Gold Lust Nourishing Hair Oil. (I put in half the amount of oil vs. creme and mix in my palm.) After towel drying my hair very gently and mixing the product in my palm and sharing with my fingertips, I work the product through the top layers and run my fingers down the length of it. I have to do this a second time to get all of my hair and lean over so I have all of my hair in my face to use both hands and roll it onto the ends thoroughly. After that, I run my fingers through my hair to make sure it is spread, or you can use a comb, but I recommend one of those extra large combs with the teeth far apart and only if you do it very gently so you don't tug/pull out extra hair. Your hair is very vulnerable when wet and can break off more easily. I was told to treat it like silk when wet to not damage or pull/tug out more hair than what naturally will fall out. After applying the product you can style your hair as usual. I twist my hair in a clip and let it dry naturally for curls or dry it gently and flat iron it if I want it straight. (Note the only time I personally flat iron it is when I have had a keratin treatment/brazillian blowout, which basically laminates the hair shaft, filling it porous areas if it is coarse, and makes it soft and shiny. That treatment helps protect it from heat damage and looks even better when flat ironed or curled with no fly-away issues.) I highly recommend this if you need a leave in conditioner. It's suitable for women or men!

I know there are other creams that do "more", but I come back to this time and time again. It really doesn't provide any support as you try to style your hair, but it makes your hair so soft. I love the scent of it and I think of it as an additional moisturizer after you hair has been fully dried. I love the weight of it, not too creamy, not to light of a jelly. It's expensive, at least I think so, but I come back to this one time and time again. And I use it to empty.

I love the Oribe products. I bought the sample size of this product to see if I really liked it and if it worked with my dry frizzy hair. It does what was promised! It is light weight and non greasy but does a great job eliminating frizz. It’s very spendy, but I think it’s worth the extra cost.

I can’t live without this stuff. It’s pricey but s little goes a long way and it will last months. I love the dry shampoo too, Oribe is lovely, just wish I could afford all of it!

Amazing packaging, fast shipping, with a nice surprise of freebies

I initially wanted to return this product because I thought it was either expired or a fake. This is because I have a version from a reputation UK retailer and it had quite a few differences to the Amazon-bought version, namely: 1) The Amazon-bought version is a darker blue tube. 2) The addresses and labelling differ. 3) There are some tiny differences in ingredients. 4) They do not smell the same. But that said, the Amazon one doesn't smell bad, just different. 5) The UK retailer-bought one has a foiled seal on the mouth of the tube, the Amazon-bought version does not. However upon some research I realised the UK version, which bears the EAC mark, could be different because of EAC standards. Hence, I concluded the Amazon version is not a fake and decided not to return it. I've attached some pictures on the differences; the UK version is always on the left while the Amazon one is always on the right. Also, this is one of the most brilliant products from Oribe I've ever tried. Keeps the hair shiny, smooth and frizz-free, does not feel heavy on my fine hair.
