Great Pencils in Many Ways!
We keep buying these pencils as they are better than those which use refillable "leads". The spring loading of the tip makes them easy to use and greatly reduces the risk of breaking the lead. These particular ones are transparent so you can see how much is left to use, though I have not found it to be a problem using opaque ones. The eraser is handy when using them to do puzzles (!) though it usually wears down before the lead runs out. It is hard to see how a larger eraser could be designed in though. And of course no pencil sharpener is required!

Best pencils I’ve used. Last ages. Twist up motion is much better than the clicker ones. Nice colours too.

Cant be without them
I use these for shopping lists,my own personal budget and the best thing is the rubber. The mechanical pencil is amazing no need for a pencil sharpener. I cant be without them and the neon ones are gorgeous my absolute favourites. I have been buying these for the last 10 years. I used to get them in WHSMITH but they dtopped selling them years ago so when i found them on amazon i was so made up. They are the prettiest pencils but most useful that i have EVER bought

Reliable propelling pencils with erasers
I use propelling pencils with erasers a lot and I always use these. I think they're the only ones which are reliable. I always buy them.

Cheap and good
Cheap, simple to use, cheerful design and you can see how much ledge we have left: what’s not to like??

Poor quality - very disappointed
Not at all sure if there are 'proper' papermate pencils. The lead is very soft and smudges which is not what I want at all. They also come loose in a bag with individual bar code labels which when taken off leave a very sticky residue - all which took quite sometime to clean up. And pink rubbers on the end. I've had papermate pencils for years - these are the absolute worse.

Dyes your hands orange!
Dye from pencil is coming off on fingers when holding it! Not what you’d expect! The eraser is also dyed! Otherwise it functions as a pencil should!
