I use this in my coffee for added nutrients. I have Ehler Danlos and have gut issues with massive food allergies so I use this to get more protein. Brazil nut taste is notable, I like Brazil nuts. Tends to sink so you need to swirl occasionally while drinking. Going to try it in muffins for added nutrients and tastes.

I like that I can get a daily dose of selenium without having to crack the very thick-skinned whole Brazil nuts. I can use this in baking and on cereal. The price is fair and the delivery was earlier than estimated. I think this is a good company.

Sick of grinding the whole nuts and trashing grinder. Add a touch to oatmeal to keep thyroid happy!
