Some hair can get through the bottom; however, it mostly keeps handle from getting into the drain. Make sure your tub doesn’t have any nonslip material made into because then it won’t stick. If you don’t have a flat drain then it won’t fit. You can most likely remove the drain’s cover/ stopper if your tub has one though.

I can say the suction power doesn’t slide off easy and I had to remove piece of plastic on center for the reason my drain doesn’t have a big hole in the middle drain.

First of all, this might be a “hare” snare, but it’s not a “hair” snare. The holes are too big to stop anything smaller than a lego piece. It certainly can’t and doesn’t capture any hair. And the suction cups don’t work either. A very disappointing purchase all around.

It did not suction. Gap between catcher and bottom rendered this useless.

Doesn't seem to want to "stick" around. Suction cups might be too small for the hair catcher. It tends to slide around and when it is in place it is slow draining. Not one of my favorites.

Did not allow soap suds to drain. Suckers on bottom wound not stick to my stucco type shower floor.Did not work for me.
