How do you use this neck pillow when sleeping on your back? Are you still using another pillow under your head?

I use as neck support. Nothing under head.

Has anyone found a pillow cover that fits this?

Can you recycle buckwheat Hall?

I have inadvertently thrown this pillow into the washing machine. In order to dry the buckwheat hulls after the pillow had gone through the wash and rinse cycles, I took them out of the pillow casing and spread them to dry. Once dried, they were stuffed back into the pillow. So they can be washed and reused. . If I thought they had reached the end of their usefulness, I would put them into my compost. All vegetable matter goes into that compost which eventually is added to my garden soil.
