What sweetners are used?

Thanks for your interest in Stern's Bakery! In the cookie, we have Sucralose as the sweetener and in the strawberry filling we have sorbitol as the sweetener.

They are pretty good cookies, but I honestly can't tell you, I only ordered them once. Eating them way too fast for price. Lol

13g of carbs is not Diabetic freindly unless there is quite a bit of fiber , so how much fiber?

how many calories and fat are in 1 cookie?

Label is difficult to read, but looks like 1 cookie has 100 calories and 5 grams of fat, 3 of those saturated fat. They are delicious.

Six (6) of the ten (10) Cookies covered in black mold. Wrapping kept the other four (4) relatively mold free but very dry and stale. Seemed to have good taste. Will look for similar products in local area.
