I just got it so not sure the results but I can say I dont care for the smell of it. It isnt real strong but enough.

I use this for sleep. Only thing I have found to knock me out! I have tried many things but this really makes you sleep. You can try and fight the sleep but it puts me down. Still I'm able to wake up to use the bathroom or if I hear my phone beep. Auto delivery product.

FarmHaven Magnesium is very effective!! I buy this specific product consistently. It works to calm my restless legs at night and in general my body feels much more at peace when I take 2 caps morning and 2 caps ar night faithfully. Vitamin D3 is an important companion to the magnesium. It is a month or so since I last ordered this smazing magnesium from Farm Haven, which it is. My complaint is that I ordered another bottle May 5th it was meant to be a two day delivery and it is now May 11th, and I'm told it will be in tomorrow with really no guatantees, it has been moved forward I think a couple times. When you are out of this amazing magnesium your body suffers, mostly terrible leg and body cramps !! If you promise a 2 day delivery we take you at your word. Just saying !!
