Tea Forte Small Oval Bamboo Tea Serving Tray

This is a beautiful, small tray. It's interesting that the critical reviews were mostly about its size. Read the description before you order. It's right there....9" X 7". Perfect for a cup/mug and a cookie, muffin, or biscotti, etc. I'm pleased with the product thus far.

It is small but the perfect size for my two cup teapot and tea cup. It’s light weight but sturdy and looks very very nice. It could be used for all kinds of snacks for two or even just one (lol) like crackers and cheese, cookies, etc. It’s the perfect size to be used as a small sandwich or lunch tray. I just love it. It was much nicer than I expected. However, it is wood so I wouldn’t put a glass or can that would sweat directly on it. Doing so could possibly cause a water ring on it. Use a coaster. I’m very happy with my purchase!

This is a cute tiny tea tray and was perfect for what I was looking for, which was a tiny tray for my 3 cup teapot I use at work. Small was a key "requirement" as I needed it to not take a lot of room on my desk, but yet protect my desk from the heat of the teapot and catch any drops, etc. It's definitely little (see pic above with pencil to show perspective of size)... but so it my teapot. It does hold my little creamer pot also, but too tight for too much more. But it's sturdy and lightweight.

I am always appreciative of good quality trays of various shakes, sizes and textiles. Lately, I’ve been acquiring a lot of bamboo due to its effortless maintenance & sustainability. Many of my wood trays have dehydrated, cracked or discolored due to moisture settling in. Not the bamboo trays though. This particular one has become my favorite due to its size and portability. I’m going to have to get another one for my car now. I wish they came in a set so I could pair them with cups for when I have guests. I purchased mine during a flash sale for $11.00 & am kicking myself for not buying more. Great quality at an even better price.

This looks great on my coffee table. We use it for a coaster for our morning coffee and tea cups. Fits two mugs at the same time.

I have to say that I was surprised at how small this tray is, even after reviewing the dimensions prior to purchase. It will hold your teacup or mug and a small snack and that's about it. The surface is dangerously slippery due to a shiny finish that has been put on it, which surprised me because bamboo typically has an unfinished surface. Because I have a cup I care about AND I don't want to spill hot tea on myself, I put a small silicone mat on it to keep everything from sliding as I carry it. Despite that, it is beautifully made and I like it.

My husband makes a small pot of loose leaf mate tea every morning. The tea would inevitably overflow from either the tea pot (when pouring) or the strainer (removing it from the pot, or resting on the counter and water oozing from the wet tea leaves), leaving a gross green river to dry on the counter. We needed something to prevent the tea liquid from going all over the counter, and a regular plate didn't do the trick. This small tray is the perfect size for holding his tea-for-one set up, and the lip is high enough to keep spilled tea contained. Plus, the bamboo is lovely so the tray looks nice sitting on my counter.

I have this tray on my kitchen table filled with my little sugar and creamer from Tea Forte and it also has my tea bag holders and tea bag squeezer. I guess you can say I'm a tea addict! Love it.

Please check dimensions before you buy. It's a bit smaller than I expected (I did not check the dimensions) but otherwise it's solidly constructed and looks exactly as it does in the picture. Looks great on a nightstand or bedside table.

It looks great but its quite small. I’d say it is only suitable for a couple of cups.

They are a little bit smaller than I had expected. Other than that, they are very nice.
