Used 2tbsp per gal and my ph was 4.7.Why is that?My tomatoes like it at around 6.5.What do i do???

Not using enough. I use 8 oz per 2-1/2 gal

Can this be used in hand pump sprayers ?

Possibly, there are some small particulates in it. It's not just a pure liquid. I've used it in a small hand held with 50/50 luck. Being its organic it is made of plants,fish ect.
