How do you fix the umbrella?

It fits just like lego. There's holes on the poles on the hood, and circles on the push chair frame. Fit so holes in the circle. Easy

Anyone have trouble clipping on the back wheels?

At times yes. But I think it should be an alignment between the clip and the wheel structure itself. It needs to match the locking dents.
