True Parboiled Basmati Rice! I'm impressed!!
I don't normally write reviews however I must say this Basmati rice is top tier. I wanted to make some freezer meals with rice but from past experience the regular Royal Basmati rice does not freeze well. When you defrost it, it is dry. This Sella basmati rice cooks up like a true parboiled rice. Excellent flavor as well. I will update once I defrost one of my freezer meals and eat it to see of it retains its original qualities.

Great rice for insulin resistance ppl
This long grain rice cooks well and is versatile. It has an amazing smell and is delicious. Parboiled rice is great for those looking to keep glucose levels stable as the parboiling process helps with how the rice is digested. The only reason I’m giving it 4 and not 5 stars is because of the price. The price is extremely high as it is double almost triple what I pay in the market

If you are seeking for a pre parboiled rice, this is it. Does not get mushy, great for jollof rice, great any kind of rice you want to cook. It is good value for the money. Highly recommended
