Update: Amazon shipped a replacement order free of charge. Product arrived in much better condition. Original: Nice tin and the cookies were delicious. Unfortunately, even with the nice tin - a good bit, like a third, of the cookies arrived broken into multiple peices. Not sure if this was due to a shipping or quality control issue…. Again tasted great and would be a 5 star product if the cookies arrived in better condition. On the fence about ordering again.

Very tasty cookies. They were fresh, soft, and had a nice butter pecan flavor. The sweetness was just right, and they were great with coffee or tea. I would buy them again.

they do melt in your mouth! they are wrapped in plastic inside a tin (that has plastic seal) but mine tasted a little old/stale. I think they might have been put into the tins a long time ago (but the tins were very well sealed!) They are still tasty…just a little old/stale. They arrived quickly, and the delivery person was on time and very considerate (knocked on door, pushed the packages back away from the edge of my steps) I don’t think I would buy them again (because of the staleness) but I am glad I tried them out.

Fabulous!!!!!! Very pretty when served! If you buy them too early before the event, you’ll eat them all up and you’ll have to buy more. I’d recommend ordering 2.

Cookies are great. Shipping was horrible. Cookies came all crumbled up. Less than 1/3 of the cookies were whole.

Let’s start with the not so good. I ordered two cans. Between the two about 20% arrived broken cookies and cookie dust. Quite upsetting. For the good,The remaining 80% I put in a freezer bag and popped them in the freezer. This treatment solidified the Cookies and actually brought out more notes to the flavors. For me it’s the only way to eat these cookies.
