Consequently we bought another ice machine and then today we received another ice machine from Klarstein now leaving us with 2 machines and more than £200 out of pocket. Avoid this company at all cost. They are absolutely useless. Two weeks later and they still haven't replied so we have decided to take them to the small claims court to try and get our money back. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Machine, worth the extra money *by A***Y on 13 July 2019* This certainly isn't the cheapest Ice Machine available on Amazon, however I believe that it is worth the extra money. The design is to add water from the side, though if you are careful you could also add water from the top, but if you add too much then this would overflow to where the Ice is to exit. I've had the machine for 5 months now, being able to use the Ice direct from the machine to a glass is very worthwhile, and of course any excess Ice you can add to a container and add to your freezer. The machine also recycles unused Ice. Although it is not plumbed (ideal for me, as I can place it where I want in the kitchen), the water reservoir is large which means that it only requires infrequent refilling. Ice jams due to the ice sticking together are fairly infrequent but if does occur, access from both the top or from the ice exit at the front (just put your finger up or handle of a spoon to wriggle the ice and then it will loosen up and drop out).
