How many resistance pounds do these have when underwater?

I use all the time. There is 4 level of resistance light, medium, heavy, extra heavy. I have 2 different ones but every time I ask the question here on Amazon no one knows the answer so I will buy professional so I know what level I'm getting. I teach a senior class so they all need light. we have all medium & most can't handle that level. Will this help your buoyancy with the aqua jogger belt? That is help keep your feet from touching the bottom of the pool?

I don't know about the jogger belt. I do know that if I hold these underwater I will float up off the bottom.

Can these be used at the beach in salt water?

Sea Salt water compared to swimming pool chlorine, salt water probably will not deteriorate the material. My question: Can these light weights be used in the wavy sea water for aquatic exercise?

Do they all have 3 lbs resistance?

I don't know about the lbs resistance, but if used correctly in the water, the workout is tremendous. If you plan to do water aerobics, these lightweight aquatic exercise dumbells are definitely worth getting.
