nice and sharp
Fast shipment. Smaller than imagined. Nice design of Kukri and its sheath.

Handle rattle, stripped screw. Misaligned sheath.
Overall, I like it. I'm returning it because I already sharpened it in my excitement before I noticed the slight rattle from the handle during a snap cut. I tried to take the handle apart and noticed there are small washers under on of the handle screws that stripped as I attempted to tighten it down after smoothing the edges of the handle with some sand paper and the screw stripped out, and still rattles. I tried replacing the screw and couldn'tfind one small/long enough to work. The sheath is just so misaligned that it makes it difficult to snap the button over the handle. Haven't put it through any packs like throwing to see it's performance, however it's spring steal and sharpends easily. It feels like it rides the line of work knife and fighting knife quite well.

Much to be desired, misleading picture and advertising
Where to begin... so I wanted to have a kukri for chopping wood and clearing brush for hiking, on my property and for camping as a all-in-one tool. My friend has a cold steel and I thought it was nice but was in the budget for something better. I saw ka-bar, cold steel, sog, onterio and other brands using cheap stainless steel like aus 8 or 420 which dulls extremely quickly, or a carbon steel like 1095 where if I did a lot of chopping or batoning the blade would likely crack like glass. This model was the only one using spring steel so I thought I would give it a try... Firstly, the product arrived in a cheap, unmarked white box with a blade dull as a butter knife. The entire thing was dripping in oil and had a very crappy taper on the edge. My uncle sharpens knives so I was able to test it before and after sharpening. Doubtful of it's choppIng abilities, I tested it out of the box on tall grass, vines, small branches, medium branches and finally a wood log. It was unable to cut thinner than an inch of wood, and cutting required a lot of effort and the handle was extremely uncomfortable. It left a blister on my palm and thumb from less than an hour of chopping. The blade weight is very top heavy, the handle is rigid and awkward and the sharp palm rest digs into your skin with each chop. It's g10... that's for kitchen knives not outdoor tools, use rubber or something with more cushioning, or something comfortable! Test your damn product before you release it! Sharpening required taking off at least 2mm of steel from both sides and a lot of grinding. Once razor sharp I was able to but vines and small branches with one blow but grass is still not possible because of how thick the blade tapers off to. I temporarily fixed the handle issue with gloves and tape make it usable but that's ridiculous for a $120 knife. My next complaint is the kydex sheath. I own multiple kydex knife sheaths and gun holsters, and this one is not good. It is very sticky and feels cheaply made. The nylon strap seems attached well but the handle retaining strap is cheaply sewn on and does not work if you wrap the handle. In any case I personally prefer nylon molle sheaths like on my SOG. For the price you are selling this item you could really do better. Last complaint is the picture and advertising. The blade is supposed to be 10 1/4". The knife blade is exactly 10", maybe 10 1/16" if you measure on an angle. I paid for more blade so give me more blade. Also the picture shows a cool design above the handle that mimics serrations but on the model I recieved it is missing. That cool look was the main reason why I went with this blade over a different spring steel kukri and it's missing! Overall I am still giving this company the benefit of the doubt with three stars assuming they are using real 9260 spring steel and aren't lying and using something cheap. I will be using this kukri for camping and hiking and if it breaks I can be fairly certain that it's a fake and will drop my review to 1 star. I would personally want to hear from the company in response to my review because this is pretty rediculous that I need to put so much work into completing a half finished product which is priced at $120.

very nice kukri design
I purchased this item for for a camping trip. The kukri has a very nice shape and design and worked well for chopping logs while camping. Unfortunately while chopping wood the tip of the Kukri finally broke. The design is overall what I expected, the black material did not wear off the blade and the handle is a g10 with a comfortable grip. I like that it came with a kydex sheath however I expected the steel material to handle wood chopping, otherwise what's the point?

Questionable quality
Recently purchased this Kukri. Frankly speaking, I am dissatisfied with the overall finish and quality. The blade itself is quite solid with thick layer of protective coating. However the sharpening was done carelessly, with jagged edge. The handle is quite cheap, also it is actually not fixed in place properly, so it moves slightly when you handle the kukri. Also there is a visible gap between the tang and one half of the handle.
