It's much cheaper than the Japanese supermarket in my neighborhood. When I opened it, I was satisfied to see that the expiration date was longer than in the store. The product, needless to say, is excellent. If you want Kansai-style.

Easy to make soup: This soup mix plus Frozen broccoli (or other veggies) plus Tofu plus Frozen udon noodles It takes about 6 minutes for restaurant quality udon soup. And it's healthy (other than the sodium). No need to pay $15 (plus tax and tip) for it at a restaurant.

Just wanted to make it known that you may get a box of 48 with 2 additional packets included to get the total of 50 count. I didn't get a picture of the additional packets because family had already consumed them by the time I got home :) They said it was tasty and used it to make fishcake soup.

It doesn't make the flavorful udon broth from a restaurant. It's sour. I let it simmer and added udon noodles with some stirfry veggies and the broth was not flavorful. It did come in a pack of 48 with 2 additional.

A very nice soup base for your udon soup! I like it so much that I ordered it through Amazon. The seller said that the item had been sent and it was just stuck in the mail. It had never been dispatched. Eventually Amazon kindly returned my payment when I asked for it - after three months. Too bad, this is the nicest instant udon soups available.

とても、良いです。きつねうどんにしても、玉子うどんにしても。とても、美味しい。昔からこれです。すぐ無くなるので、大量に、買いました。家族も大好きです。

液体に比べると若干粉っぽいですが手軽で美味しい。 うどんスープ一袋 + 卵2個 + 水230g で、3～4椀分の茶碗蒸し液ができ、これで作った茶碗蒸しは、すが立ちにくいです

この出汁を使い出すと、他のつゆは使えません。とにかく美味しい。無くなったので、またほしいです
