Coenzyme Q10 (COQ10) is an oil-soluble substance that is present in most eukaryotic cell, primarily within the mitochondria. Product arrived promptly and appears to be of very high quality, bright orange. To assure assimilation I mixed 50 grams CoQ10 in 16 fl oz melted coconut oil. Yield about 18 oz/250 200mg servings=0.072oz or .432  tsp per serving. 1/4tsp=151.74mg CoQ10. 1 #00 Capsule=~115.74mg CoQ10
