You can't lock this seat in place. But you can use a short bungee cord to prevent it from moving very far.

The horizontal pieces that can be folded down are but there’s a thick coating on it. The rest is rope like material. It’s a great chair.

Best swing chair

The media could not be loaded. I'm really happy with this chair—it offers great value for the price. The design is simple but sturdy, and it was easy to assemble on my own. Great quality and easy set up

So comfy and great quality! It’s just like the photos, and the cushion and sitting area are heavy duty. Got the cover also so it can stay outside. It is great to relax in and comes with a tie so you can keep from swinging too much if you want. Very easy to put together, but better with two people to move around once put together.

Great chair but not waterproof

I absolutely love this chair but the cushion gets waterlogged when it rains and it takes time to dry out. I have the wet shirt to prove it! Otherwise, the chair is great. It’s sturdy, comfortable and was very easy to put together.

So comfy!!!

This swing is like a cloud. Instructions didn’t match up to the parts but we figured it out. And a tie down for the cushion was ripped off completely upon opening box. Which causes the cushion to slide off when getting out of the swing. I give it five stars based on the comfort. I love sitting in it. Super sturdy as well. I’m pondering getting a second one but I’m concerned it may be damaged again. The box did arrive with a taped up hole in the top. Overall I love it though. Thank you!!!!
