This is a great beginners kit to start with bodyweight calisthenics training. You can do so many different exercises with this set. Workout quality is great; the items are definitely durable and comfortable to use. I have great grip and functionality. Definitely worth the money to get started.

Quarantine homemade gym, I have bought this set since everything closed and there is no way to exercise other than running and cycling. I do not feel safe going to the pull up bars and staff in parks since the bacteria can stay on metal for over 3 days. This set is what you need. A nice set of dumbbells and you are good. Push up support is are tilted which gives you a better corner lift to work out your chest. Ab wheel is actually a bit thicker than expected, but it does seem to be durable enough to support my 200-pound fluffy body. Resistance bands are so thoughtful! The strongest one is the impossible to pull. But I am working on it. I cannot imagine working out on my abs(at least where they support to be) without a knee mat, man my knees were hiring without it. I have not tried the jumping rope since I live in the apartment building and in the studio, but would defiantly take it with me for a morning jog. Overall I am satisfied with this set, this is a great main addition to a home must-have for fit body work out. If they would of add a cool off towel would be great!

Love it, have been trying to strengthen my core ; this is def an essential. Bought for ab roller and comes with other accessories such as a jump rope which is nice.

The tiny mat that comes with this package is pointless. Somehow, I end up with my knees on the ground after a few reps. It needs to be bigger. Otherwise, for the price, it’s a good deal for everything else.

Good for Abs workout

We were at our Aunts who had an ab roller. Our son immediately fell in love and insisted he had to get one so he can get a 6 pack. He is only 8 but is obsessed with working out. He would use it almost daily in the last year. Still holding up and the grib is comfortable for him to use it. Should last quite a while.

Great abwheel It has a massive rubberized wheel, you could probably do an outdoor workout this thing. Having a bigger wheel allows for a smoother more controlled ab roll out in my experience

Skipping rope or the 8 shaped rope not in the box when delivered if they where in the box I would give a 5 star

I bought this primarily for the wheel which is great. However the other bits that came with it are also good. The skipping rope is really good, so mostly I use the skipping rope and wheel but as time goes on I expect to make use of some of the other parts.
