It was very easy to install

I was changing the oil on Saturday in the Onan Generator before our vacation on Wednesday. I fired the generator up after the oil change and noticed a pretty good fuel leak for the second fuel filter. I was luckily able to find this little expensive part on Amazon since the fuel filter is no longer made so I could run the roof A/C's while traveling.

Onan quit making the 2nd filter at the carburetor. This is what u need to take its place. Used on marquis gold 5500 generator. BTW this is not a filter, it is a tube made to take the filters place.

The old filter just started leaking while I was on the road, had it shipped to Rite Aid. Took 7 minutes to install. Worked perfectly.

Fit perfectly as a replacement for the old leaky filter. No issues

Solved the issue of leaking fuel filter on my motor home generator.

I used this in a Onan Marquis Gold .5.5kW gas engine.I replaced the redundant second filter at the carb. fit is prefect and no leaks. nice long barb to clamp 1/4 inch fuel hose down to. No leaks first go around. Also,at this time replaced the Fuel filter before the pump Onan P# 1491353 under the gen.
