Q: What kind of warranty do you have

They can’t provide a warranty beyond the condition when you pull it out of the box. People abuse these, and there is no way to prove that you didn’t. I will just say that mine gets used a lot, and still works great after 2 years.

Q: 37000lb’s breaking strength seems way low for a 1-1/4 rope? Is this number correct?

I have a different brand rope but 7/8. none the less I snatched a tractor trailer out of the snow about a 1/4 of the trailer loaded with pallets and 500 lb bales with about 5 tugs breaking off parts of the trailer and none of the rope or shakles breaking... and it claims 34k break So yes that number seems low
