Beautiful but chime doesnโt work
This necklace is even more beautiful in person actually stunning but thereโs no chime sound at least not with movement and if you shake it a little you might hear a slight chime, but you have to turn it in multiple directions to even make it work at all when shaking. After all the positive reviews I was so disappointed. Update I found replacement bola balls and purchased them for another vender, 18mm fit perfectly in this cage and they sound beautiful plus I can change colors. I raised to 4 stars because the cage is very beautiful and made well, I get compliments every time I wear it.

Design Disrupts Sound
The necklace is beautiful, but the sound of the ball is tainted by clashing with the cage it is in. I had to order a different style with a clearer sound.

Not a harmony ball
Harmony ball inside cage is plastic and you can not hear the bell unless you take the ball out of cage . The bell sounds worse than the bell on my cats collar. The cage is lovely . Not worth the money
