Pretty good product

It works but it’s just like taking melatonin pills. Very drowsy the next day. But it has that horrible NyQuil medicine taste. WHY??? When you can get dissolving melatonin pills that taste great.

Not a good taste, but I don't think anything like this tastes good. Makes me feel tired w/in 30-45 minutes. This has definitely helped me get some much needed rest.

This really works. Used it after surgery to help sleep at night. I didn’t have that groggy feeling in the morning. Check any medications you are taking to make sure it’s safe. I did not use any other pain medications while taking this. I just wanted to get a few good nights sleep and this significantly helped.
