I was a little scared seeing a negative review which talks about this powder not dissolving properly..Hollywood Secrets is the only one which sells anhydrous citric acid which is known to dissolve faster then Monohydrate. So I bought this citric acid and it's AMAZING!!! Dissolves very fast!!! Superb for baking and to use as a preservative.. Definitely, recommend this product!!

I thought it contained vitamin C but I don't think it does. However, I can use it for other purposes. Packaged well, the contains were fresh and the delivery was quick.

I made baking powder with it. I am satisfied with the quality.

It is original unlike other citric acids, my main purpose of buying was to make bath bombs, which came as a success, and even i used it for cleaning of tiles and sink of the kitchen. Highly recommend this product to everyone. Would try it for preserving food article shortly.
