This is the car version they make a truck version it the lsxrt and I think the lsxrt may use the factory fuel rail

Larry,The LS3/L92 has rectangle intake ports & is not compatible with this manifold, however part #146102B is designed for that application. We have it available for purchase here on Amazon.
