These resistance bands are a great addition to my expanding collection. I have found them to be easy to use, working very well on my legs and ankles. Seem good quality and should prove durable.

They feel as if they are rubber coated in plastic so they don't work well for me so I'll cut them up and use them as garden ties. It's a classic case of BCBT (Buy cheap buy twice}.
