Needed a good replacement
Great knife for the price. I needed a replacement chef's knife after my primary chef knife took damage I couldn't keep using it with. Comes very sharp. Good quality steel. Fits great into my henckels knife block.

Best Chef Knife Ever
This chef knife is the best, and sharpest knife that I have ever owned, and immediately became my go-to knife for almost everything I need to cut. I love it.

Remember what you paid for this knife.
Granted this is not a pro grade knife; this is an entry level chef's knife. However, for the street price of this knife, you will be hard pressed to find anything at twice this price point that offers the quality, balance and ease of use. Best of all, this knife keeps a clean edge and sharpens well. Simply put, it is sharp right out the box and it's easy to keep it that way. Would I recommend this knife to friends and family? Absolutely. And this is coming from a Dalstrong user. I use this knife as a go to for grueling, bulk cutting jobs whenever we have BBQs. So far, I've never had to sharpen the knife in the middle of an event. It cuts like a champ. So don't think about the price of this knife, just get it and be pleasantly surprised. Besides, what will $20.00 and some change get you these days? Three or four cups of coffee? Believe me, you will end up with something offering far greater value when all is said and done.

Heckles are always a winner. We bought our complete set many years ago and which have been all that we expected over the years. Nothing wrong with ur current chef Knifes; just wanted a different size to add to others,

Razor sharp but very lightweight.
This knife is razor sharp. I bought it because all my chef's knives (Wusthof and Henckels) were out for sharpening and I desperately needed a chef's knife. Amazing value for the money.

It is not a knife that is worth $30 AUD. There are better quality knives which are cheaper
