Weber Bonnet Cover Q1000/100, Black

This fits my Weber Q1400 Electric Grill perfectly! There was much confusion in other reviews as to whether it would fit the Q1400 Electric grill....and it does fit, perfectly! I considered other brands which also looked to be of good quality, but many of them started they were "waterproof", as is this Weber product, but I also wanted one that wouldn't trap condensation inside the cover...and this Weber product will allow any moisture that may condense inside to escape to the outside atmosphere. Very important if you store it outside.

Perfect fit and looks great. Love this to protect from water and rust. A little more expensive than the generic brand Grand, which I returned because it was very sloppy and did not fit well and the material was much thinner. This is wind resistant because it fits tight and it’s extremely more durable than the generic model.

Just right for empty nesters, and one of the best grills I have ever used. The cast aluminum firebox maintains heat much more evenly than the stamped steel which is so common these days. Don’t be turned off by the relatively low advertized BTU of the burner; this guy heats up quickly and maintains that heat inside where it is useful. I have found the temperature to be more controllable than in other gas grills I have used. The battery powered igniter works well, and I suspect it will last longer than the common piezo-electric igniters which seem to shoot craps after a year. My only niggle is that the thing is so quiet that it is not easy to tell when it lights; no more “whump” upon ignition! A quality appliance, and truly a winner.

It fits my Q1400 Weber grill perfectly. It is easy to put in place and the elastic around the bottom will keep it there. It should last a long time if it does not sit directly in the sun. The cover leaves the bottom third of the grill exposed. The tin foil Q1400 drip pan was blown away less than five minutes after I first put it in place. I’m now using the much heavier drip catcher from my previous grill. The temperature control is just low enough that it susceptible to being hit by rain that could splash up from whatever the grill is sitting on. One solution would be to detach it after each use and store in on the grate.

J'ai un barbecue à gaz Weber Q1200. Et je l'ai acheté pour lui Weber Housse de capot de qualité supérieure qui est fabriqué par Weber. Il s'adapte parfaitement à mon barbecue. Je l'utilise depuis presque trois semaines et j'en suis très satisfait. Il protège parfaitement mon barbecue du soleil, de la pluie et du vent. Je suis également satisfait du rapport qualité/prix.
