Zelsius professional stainless steel sausage filler

Make your own sausages!

The sausage filler, made of high quality stainless steel, has a large cylinder that you can fill with the sausage mass. Choose the size: 2 liters, 3 liters, 5 liters, 7 liters or 10 liters. The crank is used to operate the piston that presses the sausage mass through the filling tube. In addition to four different sizes of filling tubes, a cleaning brush and replacement seals are included in the delivery. The hopper can be tilted and removed.

The electric sausage pusher is operated by a pedal, so it does not have a crank handle. The advantages of the electric sausage filling machine are:

Fast production of sausages

Step 1
Fill the large cylinder with the sausage mass. The filling funnel can be tilted and removed. It is therefore ideal for filling and cleaning.

Step 2
The crank is used to operate the piston that pushes the sausage mass through the filling tube. The stainless steel piston is equipped with a ventilation valve.
(Note: the 2-liter sausage filler is equipped with a plastic piston).

Step 3
Your sausages are ready!
You can then fry them or, as described in step 4, smoke them with the BBQ-Toro cold smoke generator.
