Reliable
Excellent product as compared to similar products available in the US — using it for the past decade. Delivery isn’t reliable & prompt, especially if shipped from India!

Good for constipation.
It is a good product for constipation. It has proved to be a habit forming product for me. So I go back to Prune Juice and then to Trifala tablets. However, you can't ignore this product.
