Beautiful, high quality, wonderful Bounce. Easy to set up and move around. Beautiful carrying bag. The Rebounder is steong and sturdy. The legs pull out and fold easily. I am 64, have arthritic knees, no balance and haven't exercised in several years. First off, I recommend you also purchase the stabilization bar. Then you have now worries off falling. It will take time to get your balance back once you start healing by bouncing. Two minutes a day is the minimum to start healing every cell and muscle in your body. After 4 days, I've lost 5 pounds and can already see changed I my face and body. My lymph system is draining and my inflammation is decreasing dramatically. Keep your knees slightly bent and start slowly. YOU GOT THIS!!

I am completely thrilled with my Fit Bounce Pro XL! This is a high quality, beautifully made piece of equipment that feels like it will last a lifetime. In fact, the manufacturer obviously agrees since they warrant the frame and the foldable legs for life and the mat for two years. The set up was a dream. Just clip the zip ties around the bungee cords (smart thinking Fit Bounce!!), pop the legs into place, unfold, turn it over, and start bouncing!! There is a trick to the unfolding in that your hand placement on the frame is key. It comes in its own storage bag. It will easily fit in a corner or under a bed for storage, but I don’t see mine coming down any time soon. The quality of the bounce is perfect for me. The mat is firm but very springy. The size of the mat makes me feel safe and confident. Fit Bounce equipped this awesome mini-trampoline with a thick safety mat that covers the bungees, so there’s no fear of accidentally stepping off the mat and through the ‘springs.’ I purchased the safety bar separately because I’m an older lady with knee issues. It’s also an easy install and increases my confidence bouncing. I don’t have even one negative to add. I love everything about it. I am just so totally thrilled with the product! I really wish I had known about the world of Fit Bounce at the beginning of lockdown!!!! Would have been a life changer....but it still will be! I've been wanting a low impact, folding, silent rebounder ever since I borrowed my grandchildren's steel coil rebounder which was noisy and contributed to joint pain. I did a LOT of research to find the rebounder that would match what I was looking for. When I read about the Fit Bounce Pro XL - I knew I had found it!! It is extremely well made, easy to assemble, and a silent joy to use. I have osteoporosis, so I wanted to be certain that the tension was just right to get the positive bone effects but not too strong to negatively affect my joints. The tension is just perfect (120# person)! I also knew that I would want the larger size of the Pro XL so that I could move freely because I enjoy doing a variety of exercises such as Jumping Jacks. I'm so glad I purchased the larger size. The other feature that was important to me was that it would fold. I don't have a separate work-out room so it goes in my open-plan living room/dining room where it's convenient for me to work out and a reminder as I walk by. When I have company over, I merely fold it up and put it away. I am incredibly satisfied+ with this product. The Fit Bounce customer service (Liza) is very knowledgeable, responsive, polite and helpful.

My FIT BOUNCE PRO XL is a life saver. I am a 66-year-old gal who has always been healthy, strong and fit. I cook nutritious food, eat well and exercise, but during the pandemic I contracted a serious bizarre autoimmune disorder that left me unable to exercise for almost a year. I lost a LOT of hard-earned muscle, strength and stamina, had severe insomnia, and gained 10 lbs. I became high risk for infections, so I had to isolate and discontinue all in-person fitness/exercise programs. This took a toll on my mental health. I tried every exercise/program I could do at home, but found nothing that really worked for me and that I could stick with—until I discovered rebounders. When the zipper to my carry case broke, they responded IMMEDIATELY and sent me a new carry case—and included a free pair of grip socks and a HIIT Rebound Workout DVD with their apologies! If you are looking for a well-made rebounder, this is the one and this is the company you want to purchase from. I am attaching a video of me back on my FIT BOUNCE PRO XL Rebounder after a recent additional 2 months that I could not exercise due to covid. Here, I am restarting slowly with stretches and high kicks. Before this bout of covid I had worked up to 30 minute sessions in which my arms are above my head most of the session—sets of jumping jacks, rapid overhead arm swimming backward and forward, Boot Camp HIIT workouts, cross jacks, 360 airspins, burpees, low squats, fast high knees, jumping on one leg at a time with alternate legs held out up waist high, one leg held folded up to my chest, one leg up behind to my glutes, boxing, diagonal stretches, punching, twists, dance moves, and more, plus anything else I can make up while listening to fun radio station music playlists via Alexa. I will update with a post of another video in a couple weeks, when I’m fully back in my groove again!

Wegen des hohen Preises habe ich lange überlegt, aber letzt endlich wegen der guten Rezensionen für das Fit Bounce Pro XL mit Haltegriff entschieden und habe es nicht bereut! Das Gerät ist für eine Person alleine in 20 min gut aufzubauen. Es steht stabil auf 6 Füßen, die mit einem Griff aufgestellt und auch wieder umgelegt werden können. Kein Schrauben. Es lässt sich zusammenklappen (auch von einer Person!) und gut wegräumen. Der Haltegriff stört nicht die Bewegung und ist m.E. nach nicht nur für die Balance wichtig, sondern erlaubt ein ganz anderes Spektrum von Bewegungen, die man ohne Griff nicht machen könnte. Durch den Griff können sogar die Arme mittrainiert werden und der Oberkörper effektiver twisten. Ich würde also unbedingt dazu raten. Kleines Manko in meinem Fall: die seitlichen Stellschrauben am Haltegriff sind asymmetrisch (eine zur Seite, eine etwas nach vorne, stört aber nicht die Funktion.) Der Griff wackelt ein bisschen, aber ich denke, bei dem kurzen Schaft und der langen restlichen Strecke lässt sich das kaum vermeiden. Stabilen Halt gibt er trotzdem. Die große Sprungfläche erlaubt viele seitliche und Vor- und Zurück-Bewegungen, die Seile sind gut abgedeckt, und man bleibt nicht mit den Füßen in den Zwischenräumen stecken. Die Low-Impact Seilfederung ist ein Genuss für Wirbelsäule und Gelenke und es quietscht überhaupt nicht, ein hervorragendes Trainingsgerät, das mit viel Spass und wenig Mühe in kurzer Zeit fit macht. Fazit: Der Preis ist hoch, trotzdem, eindeutige Kaufempfehlung!

Such a fantastic Rebounder. I did a lot of Research and so satisfied with my Fitbounce Pro XL Easy to fold with carry bag No noise or squeak. Perfect bounce with no jarring on joints (I am 65) So enjoyable . Just waiting on my handle bar which gives so much more versatility as well. Ticks all the boxes for me One happy customer 💪🫶👍😍

I really love this rebounder. I did a huge amount of research before buying it but really didn't want to spend the kind of money that a Bellicon costs and I'd seen mixed reviews about the Bellicon ones' springs needing to be replaced, or substituted, just adding further to the cost. It's really strong, quiet and solid and a year on, still looks like new (I always wear socks when I use it), not showing any wear, even though it's had a lot of use. I have had to stop using it for a while, purely due to a maxillo-facial operation but now I'm looking forward to being about to get bouncing again. I almost always put YouTube on the TV whilst bouncing and either bounce to music videos, or the many rebounder workouts that are available on there. This rebounder did also come with a whole library of videos but to be honest, I really prefer just boing-ing to upbeat songs like the Beegees Stayin' Alive or Abba songs! :) I also usually use weights 1kg-3kg so that I'm moving and exercising my arms and giving them a workout at the same time! I did also try 'killing two birds with one stone' by bouncing whilst watching videos on topics that interest me but I have found that the music ones work best for me if I want to have a more vigorous and focused workout. It's also brilliant and SO practical that it folds away in its lightweight carry case, which was definitely a factor when choosing one of this size. I'd also contacted the company before and after buying and the customer service from Liza was absolutely fantastic - she was SO lovely and really comprehensively answered my many, many, pre-purchase questions. I'm very happy with my decision to go for this brand and the XL size. The whole family use it, although it is mostly me! I do recommend also watching a YT video to see how to fold it down if you're doing it without a 2nd pair of hands. The video I found really helpful was "FIT BOUNCE PRO II Bungee Rebounder Already Assembled | Half Folding, Silent & Beautifully Designed" by Focus and Motivation on YT. (I'm not affiliated or connected with this YouTuber in any way - it's just the one that I found worked perfectly.) I probably followed along with this video for the first couple of times of folding it away and then it was easy to do, once I knew the best way how. Every aspect of my purchase of this has been positive - from the customer care to the use of it and all the health benefits, whilst being fun.

Es muy bueno y no hace nada de ruido, así que no molestas a los vecinos. No es muy grande, así que cabe en cualquier habitación. El tema de plegarlo apor la mitad y recoger las patas oara dentro, es un plus para guardarlo.
