I've not used yet, but have am pleased with the design. I am also pleased with the capacity but somewhat concerned with the construction. To hold the volume stated the cylinder appears cheaply made and the area where the product comes together, flimsy.

Versatile flour sifter
This 5 cup flour sifter works great. As you pour the flour with one hand you are able to soft it with the other hand. Easy to clean as it's stainless steel. Also wages great in the dishwasher. A great aide in the kitchen.

The Trigger Will Fail in Short Order
At 7 1/2 months, the spring on the trigger snapped. I make ciabatta about every three days. I can't recommend this product. I found one side of the spring out of position after trying to extend it to ensure that it was providing resistance to the trigger, the other side of the spring snapped. When I looked at the spring where it snapped, I could see that the metal used looks similar to die-cast metal, so it was built to fail. Look elsewhere.

Okay, but not worth.
It's alright, but the sifter doesn't let all the flour through and a good portion gets stuck between the grates and the sifting blades. Still gets it done when you slap it a few times, but I could've just used a basic sifter instead.
