Item did not last as long as expected
Smell was a little strong durability could be longer. Application was easy.

Worthless
I have used other Miracle Sealants and have been happy. But not this one. I’m not sure if it was too old or what. I followed the directions and my application cloth had a white wax-like substance on it after application. After allowing it the required dry time, it just smeared around the granite top. I allowed additional dry time, but it got no better. I threw it in the garbage.
