Works overnight. I use 5mls per 1000mls of distilled water. I measure out 5 mls and put it into ice cube tray and freeze till I’m ready to use again. Will be using this every time I prop now.

I only give this item 4 stars because it literates does only have enough for 1 gallon of water lol but it tells u that. But i swear by the whole 3 part clonex system so if you have the mind just buy the bottle of clonex solution and everyone needs to understand theres clonex gel rooting cream thats dark purple in color and thick then u have thi solution which is used to water the cubes,plugs, etc and to fill the bottome tray with the solution after following the mixing directions first for water. Than u have the clonex rooting spray bottle dont confuse these for one another or u will fail n think this company is a scam so make sure u do the research find out which is which and what each item is and what each item is to be used to do. But im not gonna lie i was short on money my first clonex orders and i had to buy this single use packet because i couldn't afford the whole bottle at the time and it worked and probably saved me.

Love the small packet. Just mix your gallon and done. I needed the vitamins to encourage root growth on newly propagated plants. It’s great to water baby plants, not just using in a cloner.

Never received item and to top it off Hydro Dynamics company is using USPS they never rang the bell and the instruction are within Amazon. If that was the case I would have choose a different company which I'm going to have use now. To Hydro Dynamics don't be cheap use Amazon, UPS or PS Ship. With USPS I can't track package once USPS Try Attempted Delivery!

The price for the quantity(20ml) is not good.
