This is the finest magnesium supplement I have ever used. I notice a marked sense of relaxation, particularly when taken shortly before bedtime. It requires a bit of time for that build up so you can feel the benefits.

On day 3 for my 4 year old son; he talked non stop for hours at night, (scripting, singing, talking like a broken record - saying things like eyes, nose, ears on repeat!) I was a bit worried, but read others had same experience, Tonight he is having a deep nice sleep.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit Magnesium L-Threonat. Ich nehme es seit fast einem Monat und merke schon eine deutliche Verbesserung: Mein Kopf fühlt sich klarer an und ich fühle mich insgesamt viel besser. Leider kann ich nicht die volle Dosis nehmen, da ich Kopfschmerzen bekomme, wenn ich zwei Tabletten auf einmal nehme, und außerdem Bauchschmerzen habe. Trotzdem bin ich froh, es zu verwenden und werde es weiter einnehmen.
