It has one of the closest consistency to regular flour. I just wish it was available in more places in the US. It is more expensive than some gluten free flours for the amount you get but it is worth it if you are baking a special cake etc.

good flour. Can use as replacement for gluten flour in recipes. Not grainy like someone poured sand in your batter But doesn't rise as well as wheat flour. But a good substitute
