I love these containers. I purchased this as a replacement for one that broke a few months ago. They're perfect for portion control, cleaning is a breeze as they are dishwasher safe, and the bright blue lid is adorable. The thing I love the most about these containers is that they are super high quality. As a reference, the one that I had to replace was over a decade old and still looked as good as the day I bought it.

Great, high quality container. Smooth glass and lid fits snugly; is leakproof. Lid does not retain odors.

Depois de ser usado algumas vezes rachou dentro do forno enquanto assava um quibe. Por sorte não estilhaçou. Deixando bem claro não foi choque térmico. A comida estava dentro do forno e estava começando a assar (~20min) quando veio o cheiro de queimado e ao verificar foi visto que a forma tinha rachado enquanto assava. Não recomendo.

+ sehr formschönes Glas, kann man auch gut als Schale auf den Tisch stellen + mikrowellenfestes Glas, man kann also kleine Portionen in der Schale aufwärmen und direkt aus ihr verzehren + im Vergleich zu Plastikboxen sehr viel hygienischer + auslaufsicher + sehr platzsparend im Kühlschrank + stapelbar (bis maximal 3 würde ich sagen) + sehr leicht zu öffnen und zu verschließen (viel leichter als bei den Dosen von Luminarc oder Ikea) + spülmaschinenfest + robustes Glas + langlebig (wir haben die ersten vor 4 Jahren gekauft und nutzen sie täglich) Aufgrund der Konstruktion sind sie allerdings nur für den vorsichtigen Transport geeignet, da der Deckel keine Sicherung hat, also abgestreift werden kann. Aber Glasboxen sind meines Erachtens wegen ihres Gewichtes ohnehin eher was für zu Hause.

I have had 2 - 1 quart Frigoverre glass containers in this square shape for years. While I am migrating away from plastics storage, I decided to look for more of these brand. They are perfect, and so easy to put lid on and off. This version is a smaller capacity for small leftover quantities, for example. For a big family you might want larger ones. Over the years I have become weary of snap on lids for containers that are never going to be turned upside down or transported to a picnic. These are perfect for fridge or cupboard storage for the right volume.
