Want a deal, then buy this brush ! If you were to order the same brush through a restaurant supplier you would be paying 3 to 4 times the price plus shipping . Brush holds up fryer temps without the bristles melting. I usually order this brush every few years since it holds up great and and gets all the right places clean !

Brush works great.
I work on Fryers all the time and most the time I have to clean them out before I can replace thermostats and High limit probes, which means cleaning out the pot and this brush works great.

Functional but Could Be Improved
The Henny Penny 12116 Fryer Brush with Long Handle does the job, but it lacks a bit in durability. The long handle is great for reaching deep areas, but the bristles could be sturdier they wear out faster than expected with regular use. It's functional for light cleaning, but heavy-duty tasks might require a more robust brush.

To soft would not buy
I think I would keep looking, very expressive for what you get. When I do a boil out it goes super soft and is basically pointless.
