


Product description Red wine vinegar is an acid dressing obtained thanks to the action of bacteria of the genus Acetobacter which oxidizes the ethanol contained in red wine in the presence of air. It prevents microorganisms from developing and is therefore used to pickle meat, fish, fruit and many vegetables. Ingredients Cooked grape must, balsamic vinegar, wine vinegar, concentrated Gape must, Caramel Colouring (E150D). Thickener: Guat Gum, and xanthan gum. E224 (Sulphates)

Great vinegar
I used this vinegar in various pickles and they worked out very nice. Very reasonably priced too.
