L’Oréal Paris Extraordinaire Gel-Lacque 1-2-3 Nail Color, Don't Shy Away, 0.39 Fluid Ounce

I love this nail polish set because you can use with any other brand polish and it makes your nails look as if you have had a gel manicure done. I get compliments all the time and people always ask where i got them done because they look just like the gel manicures and shellac manicures you get done at a salon. I haven't been able to find this in stores anymore though so I have ordered off here. This company I ordered from is great and their customer service is awesome! I just received my package today and one of the bottles had leaked and over half the bottle was gone and i called the number on their card that was in with my package and immediately was answered by a very friendly customer service representative who took my order number and asked what my issue was. I explained what had happened and they immediately offered a replacement to be shipped or I could get my money back for the order. I took the replacement because as I said above the fingernail polish is great! They were extremely nice and helpful and even replaced the item when it honestly was something that I wouldn't even consider their fault but I am very thankful for how they handled the issue. I will definitely order from them again! Also their card in with the package says to give them a call if you have any issues and they will do everything possible to fix any problems and they are definitely true to their word. So if you have any issues I would recommend calling them prior to leaving a bad review because they definitely try to fix any possible problems they can so that you are satisfied with their service!

I have used this kit with both Loreal extraordinaire colors and regular nail polish. In both cases I've got great results. I can keep my polish 5-7 days. If my nail is filed nicely and has no imperfections, it will be closer to 7. I have two little kids and I work around the house and the color stays on! It comes off very easily with regular nail polish remover and that's what I love about it. I don't want to put my fingers through the abuse of salon gel manicure. I highly recommend this product.

I bought the gel primer base, gel glaze top coat and several colors originally at Target a few months ago. A few days ago I went to Target to restock and they were no longer carrying the brand, just Revlon's color gel envy line. Well, I tried the Revlon line and I am not impressed (takes too long to dry and ended up smudged because I have no time to sit around and wait). The reason I love the L'Oreal gel-lacque line is because this stuff dries like a quick-dry polish but lasts like a long-lasting polish. No, it is not like a salon gel manicure, but regular quick-dry polish chips the next day and regular long-lasting polish takes fooooooooorever to dry. I have three kids under 10, one of whom is 18 months old. I don't have time to wait two hours for my polish to dry. This stuff is totally dry within a half hour and looks beautiful for many days. I am so glad Amazon had it because this is the first nail polish line I have ever been really happy with and I've been wearing nail polish regularly for 30 years so I've tried most brands.

I find that this at-home "gel" polish stays on for 5-6 days. This is a miracle for me. Usually my fingernail polish chips on the first day. I have two colors. This particular one "Diamond in the Buff" is quite a bit more peach orange compared to how pink I thought it looked on-line. It's a fine color, just not what I was hoping for.

I have a suggestion I think other users might find useful. I tried the product as described - the first coat, then the specific gel lacquer that was formulated to go along with it - it DID peel, and the color selection wasn't great. Also - my nails turned yellow. However, when I used whatever polish I wanted without the 1st coat, and only used the 3rd as a top coat, it worked AMAZING. My nails lasted for over two weeks, no chipping, and my nails were not yellow after. Plus I could wear whatever I wanted as far as colors go. I buy it now just for the 3rd. It's wonderful!

Ridiculous, chips in less than a day! Total waste. Best coverage I ever get is from essie nail polish with naitique base coat and 2-3 layers of essie polish - the key is NO TOP COAT. lasts for days and days before chipping! Don't know why, but any top coat I ever use, causes chipping by the second day?!
